The lovely peacock blue color is the result of enameling, the process of firing hand-painted glass powder at a high temperature for a smooth, permanent application. Measuring 1.5" in length, the feathers dangle from surgical steel posts accented with green Swarovski crystals. All components are hypoallergenic, lead-free, nickel-free, and tarnish resistant.
