We love our RO water filtration system
We love our RO water filtration system. It was installed under the sink back in 2018. We replace the filters on schedule. Very easy to do. Takes about 15 minutes. The RO water filtration system works great. Clean clear water at your sink. Great solution vs buying bottles water. If you have questions, call Sean at iSpring Filter. He is great to work with. Answers your questions. Gives you great advice on how to maximize the value of your water filtration system. We also purchased a Whole Home Water Filtration System from iSpring Filter in large part thanks to Sean's great customer service.

What a great product and company!!
I installed a reverse osmosis system under my sink about six years ago and I love it! It is the best tasting water, bar none! I also have a Keurig coffee machine that I used to have to de-scale about every six months, and I have not had to descale it ever since I put the system in. A couple of months ago the bladder in the tank began to fail, and John at the i spring company sent me a new tank free of charge. Could not be more pleased.

We originally purchased our under-sink 7-stage filtration system in 2019, and it has performed flawlessly since installation. However, three weeks ago, we encountered an issue for the first time. He patiently guided us through a thorough diagnostic process and accurately identified the problem—a faulty solenoid. ECONOMICAL WAY TO GO
It was far past the time to maintain our RO system. Our RO system is a generic brand which uses all the filters included in this set. With the right wrench serving RO systems is a relatively easy DIY project if the filter was installed correctly leaving enough slack in waterlines to enable placement of entire filter assembly on floor outside of cabinet.REMEMBER when changing filters and membrane it is important to:RUN WATER THROUGH NEW FILTERS FOR AT LEAST ONE HOUR BEFORE CONSUMINGI left our RO system running to drain for almost 4 hours when I finally noticed there was no longer a "sediment slick" on the surface. After that time our water was absolutely clear, with nothing on the surface. Great RO water has been restored.Cons:The post-filter was noticeably smaller than the one I replaced; There are only three of this type of filter in the kit so that they are only replaced once a year. The verdict is still out until I see how they hold up.There is only one membrane included this kit;Pros:Six complete sets of RO accessory pre-filters; enough to replace them at six month intervals over a period of three years.All filters individually plasic wrapped.Standard sizeEven though our RO system is mounted undersink, we routed two small reserve tanks in the back corner of the hardest to reach corner cabinet. The space now holds the tanks and back up stock of replacement filters out of the way quite efficiently without posing a major space impact upon a small kitchen. Having replacement filters readily available decreases the inertia of servicing the system regularly. I have already circled the next filter replacement day on our calendar. Its always smart to check tank air pressure when replacing filters (~40 PSI tank full / 8 PSI tank empty).FYI we mounted our storage bladder tanks on their side (not upright). We chose to install two smaller tanks in parallel to increase available water capacity in a cramped cabinet. Our last tank, installed upright, lasted less than five years because the air charge had escaped and the weight of the water destroyed the bladder membrane. Mounting two smaller tanks on their sides reduces the stress on the tank's rubber membranes since the weight of the water is not added to the pressure force on the bladder if the air leaks out the valve. Regularly checking air pressure should make the rubber bladder of these tanks last much longer.Water quality is an important issue in our household.I have just replaced all the filters; GREAT WATER for now. Will update this review at end of year one maintenance to properly assess quality of post-filters.Thus far I heartily recommend this filter set for convenience and the savings that become quite considerable over time.

I've had their reverse osmosis system for years and consistently had a great experience with it and it's upkeep. Had one issue with one of the filters on my recent order, called in and spoke with Edwin and he helped me immediately. Great product and excellent customer service!

Best investment
I have purchased Ispring RCC7, NSF Certified, High Capacity Under Sink 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration system last year. It came with a faucet. After we installed it, we noticed that faucet was leaking. After I called Ispring support, Sean was so nice that he sent brand new faucet to my house.We have used it for about a year, and needed to change filters. However, I was confused which one we should get. I emailed Ispring support again, and Mr. Sean, as last time, responded quickly. He sent a link, which I used to order a new filters.It's the best investment. I no longer purchase bottle water by the cases. We always have unlimited water for drinking, cooking. This water tastes great! No strange taste, no any odors.I really appreciate Mr. Sean being kind, nice, responsive and helpful every time.I strongly recommend this RO filter system from ISPRING.
