So far everyting is good. Looked like new.setup went fast, wifi good. You may have to have your mobile company activate your on road. Capabilities. I did with ATT. Good buy.

This tablet works well and seems to be great buy. I've see the screen turn shades of yellow when not in use so just bit uneasy giving it 5 stars. Have not had any negative issues with the tablet performing as if it were new other than the yellow screen which happens only when tablet has not been in use.

It's a very nice tablet, I have a grandfathered Ipad unlimited data plan... for years I kept buying IPads and just transferring the service over to the new iPad not wanting to give up a good thing... I had no idea I could switch tablets without effecting my unlimited data plan, best move ever! The shipping from the vendor was quick and the quality of my refub was basically like new... Setup was easy but I did have to go into the AT&T store to switch the sim (this was done for free) and in 10 mins I was on my way! I have a Samsung S7 and now the TAB E, the OS on this Android tablet is more flexible than the IOS of the IPad. Another great selling point is the Micro Sd slot, something that my Ipads def don’t have. Adding an extra 64 gb chip was super easy, upgrading the on board storage from 16 gb to 80 gb for about $20, that’s not an option on the Ipads. With an extra 64 gb I have plenty of storage for music, movies and whatever. Bottom line: Great price for an 8 inch tablet with expandable memory and an Android OS, I would def recommend it.

I bought this tablet for my mother who lives abroad, specifically because it had a sim card and her main way to comunícate with her children is through WhatsApp. In the Q&A it says it's carrier unlocked, IT IS NOT. I guess it depends on the seller, but why on earth don't they have separate listings? Very misleading but whatever. My biggest issue is the tablet started freezing not a month after she started using it, it will go days without turning on, and sometimes will freeze and not turn off at all... very disappointing!

The tablet came in an envelope with a charging cord. It was not boxed or wrapped. What I was most disappointed in was that there were no instructions at all with it. I charged it but when I push the controls nothing happens. Is there something wrong with it or do I not know how to use it? Very frustrating and disappointing.

when I received the item and opened it to my surprise there was no headphones or a charger now it froze for a bit but I'll wait for the battery to die and then turn it on again

Replaced my sons Old Samsung tablet with this for Christmas (2019) so far it's working just as expected. Long battery life, easy to swap the data/sim card over from his old tablet (ATT) and. I like that I can add extra storage.
