Great fat burner and pre workout
Taken this now 2 months lost fat build muscle this has been a game changer as I train a small carb and pre workout early morning kicks in straight away good fat burner but I dont think should be taking this all year round maybe when on a cut 3 month max a year and just coffee before a workout

Lemon iced tea
I'm a fan of Abe but I've been using for just over a week, found sometimes I can feel it in my system other times I can't, the taste is not nice and it mixes relatively well. Overall not massively impressed and will look for better quality products in the future.

Too early to tell if it's contributing to any fat loss but you definitely know about it when you've had a scoop! Great for my cardio in the morning however, I don't stop sweating for about 3-4 hours afterwards. Still feel well energised throughout the day. Good product so far and good price.

Will never buy this again.
Didnt get any results with this product. Only had 2 stone to shift and only managed to loose 3 pounds over the duration of the powder drink. I didnt experience any of the hot sweating or rapid weight loss symptoms other people had described in their reviews so I won't be buying this product again. It was pleasant enough to drink but that was about the only good thing about it.

Be careful.
First bought the sour gummy flavour which was so disgusting that it was impossible to drink. Was only able to drink it on 4 occasions. Bought the lemon ice tea flavour and was fine until the 3rd day. 10 minutes after finishing my shred X drink my face started to heat up. Was getting intense so I looked in the mirror and my face and neck were a dark red colour. My face and neck were boiling hot and itchy. Then both my arms were dark red, hot and itchy asf. Had to take an antihistamine because I needed to leave to go to work. Definitely won’t try again. Sometimes our bodies can take time to build an intolerance to new things. The taste of the drink was so much nicer than the absolutely vile sour gummy one
