This case had a very strong smell but after a few weeks of leaving it to ventilate I have finally been able to start using it. It is pretty large, but it does allow the AirPods to fit without changing setting which, for me was a plus because it took me a long time to find the right set up. It protects these expensive earphones for travel and does not look cheap. It has the little pocket for a wire which I am yet to buy. All in all, a good case.
