Brought me a more positive outlook
Are you someone who does not have time to journal but wants to bring a more positive and grateful mindset everyday. Then this is for you. Try it! It really only takes 5 minutes. You can time it. It has two parts a morning section and night section. The morning has three entries and night has two entries to fill in. There are weekly challenges that show up on the pages that are fun but not too time consuming. For me I did it as the first thing in the morning BEFORE touching my phone. At night I was less strict and did it whenever it fit in my night schedule. My piece of advice is you can do it however you want as long as you do it everyday no matter if it’s a good day or a bad day. Personally it was a slow change, it was hard for me to come up with things to write but after two weeks I started to see my day differently. It was more positive and I felt more grateful for things. I noticed things in my day that should write down. Took time to enjoy them. There is a entry that says “what would make today great”. That for me was the hardest. I did not know what I could do that would make that day great. But it brought me more in tune with myself for that day and what I needed. Sometimes I wrote things down in that section and did not do them, other times I made sure to do all the things. It taught me a deeper more authentic version of self care. Doing things you need to do to feel better, more centered, happy etc. For example instead of “ go to the gym” it’s” if I move my body today” or instead of “ I will clean the kitchen today” it’s “ I will spend x amount of time cleaning my space today. It’s a small commitment to yourself for that day. It made me more kind to myself. Not an chore or something to dread doing. But a small commitment to better yourself. I know I read somewhere that’s you should be 1% better everyday and I believe this helps you do that. Good luck! In terms of quality it great. The cover, the pages the color. All great. Just like it’s pictured. However mine did start to fall apart after a couple months. I think this would make a great gift to yourself or someone else. As with most things if you don’t take it seriously ot can’t make the commitment it won’t help you.

Functionality and Ease of Use in Journaling
I have only been journaling for a little over six months. The Five Minute Journal was purchased to help me get started with the journaling process. It has a very simple format to follow: Write 3 things you are grateful for. Write 3 things that would make the day great. Write a daily affirmation for yourself. Write 3 highlights for that day. Finish with what you learned from the day. This format helps focus your mind by getting you find things, regardless of how great or small they may be. The three things that might make the day even better act as markers that can help get you through the day. Will this journal change your life overnight? No. It will help you focus your outlook and expectations of life in more positive way. It is self reflective which can help identify and address things in your life that could use change. This Five Minutes Journal has helped make me more appreciative of life. My outlook is much better. The day goes a little smoother. It is easy to use. It does not give you a lot of writing space or require long drawn out passage. Using this tool is fun in the sense of its' ease of use. Its' functionality is what makes it a great tool for improving one's mind set. I would recommend this journal and plan on purchasing another in the next five months.

Worth the price
I purchased this journal after reading The Miracle Morning, and it has been a wonderful addition to my daily routine. I was looking for something simple and intentional to help me focus on gratitude and positivity without feeling overwhelming, and this journal fits that perfectly. The Five Minute Journal is thoughtfully designed and very easy to stick with. It truly only takes a few minutes in the morning and evening, which makes it realistic to use every day. The prompts are meaningful and help shift my mindset toward gratitude, intention, and reflection without feeling repetitive. It encourages mindfulness in a gentle, approachable way. The quality is excellent. The pages are well made with thick paper, the layout is clean and calming, and it feels durable enough for daily use. It’s helped me be more present, positive, and consistent with my mindset practice. Simple and easy to use- great for starting a new habit
I really like this journal. The layout is simple and easy to keep up with, even on busy days. The prompts are the same every day, which actually makes it less stressful because you don’t have to think about what to write. It takes a few minutes in the morning and a few at night, and it helps me slow down and pay attention to the good parts of my day in a fun way. The paper is thick and feels nice to write on. The cover looks clean and minimal, and it holds up well even if you keep it on your nightstand or throw it in a bag. I like that it’s undated so you can skip a day and not feel behind. I’ve tried other gratitude journals, but this one feels the most realistic to stick with. The prompts are short, the space is just enough and it doesn’t feel overwhelming. It’s a nice way to start and end the day and it has made me more aware of the small things I usually forget about. Wish I could give 5 stars
I know a few people who have purchased the five minute journal as a useful tool while eon their self-care / healing journey and they loved it! I went ahead and purchased this journal for myself and received it 1/9/2022 ; day before my birthday :) I was really excited when it came and enjoyed reading through every page. I’ve been writing in my journal every day since I got it and I already feel like I’m beginning to feel and look at life from a more positive perspective . As much as I love this five minute journal and would love to give it 5 stars I can’t due to the way it’s put together. I’m not sure if everyone has this issue but my pages have been falling apart and I have to tape them or hold them in place while writing which makes it look super tacky and cheap (when I paid $35) . I think that is my only complaint. I would’ve asked for a replacement but I had already written in the first page when I realized the book was falling apart :( - otherwise, if you’re looking for a great way to begin your personal healing process , I’d recommend. Just beware it’s not so durable. . At least mine isn’t.

It’s an easy way to journal in the AM and PM. I like starting the day with gratitude and ending the day with gratitude. It’s been a great addition to my morning and evening routines. The quality of the book is great, I like the layout of the prompts, neutral color goes great on my side table. Would recommend to you!

Beautiful and Helpful Journal, but Quality Issues with My Copy
I’d been wanting this journal for a while, and overall, it’s a wonderful tool for daily journaling. The prompts are thoughtful and engaging, the layout is well-organized, and the cover design is beautiful. It really encourages reflection, gratitude, and positive habits, even if you only spend a few minutes a day with it. However, my copy arrived with dark spots on the corners of the cover, making it look a bit dirty or as if it was handled in an unclean environment. A few pages have also started peeling or tearing slightly from the binding, which seems to sadly be a common issue based on other reviews. Because of that, the quality and durability weren’t quite what I expected. Overall, it’s a lovely and inspiring journal that makes daily reflection easier and more enjoyable, I just wish the quality had matched the great design and content.

Just perfect for beginners!!
I bought this journal for myself as I want to start my days off in the right direction being positive and learn to be grateful everyday. This journal is the perfect beginners journal and has a short section explaining how to use it and with good examples. I highly recommend this journal for someone who is starting out on their gratitude journey. The outside is a light grey cloth cover and looks very nice. Pages are crisp and feel good. Delivery was faster than expected and well packaged.
