These were recommended by our vaccine logistics advisor for our sarafi trip to Kenya, so we took them with us. Either we didn't eat anything that was going to make us sick, or else these worked like a charm! We took them as directed on the box WITH each meal, including meals both ways on the plane just in case, and we were never sick. (I've definitely had a few bouts of being sick during international trips, so I wanted to take no chances.) Follow the instructions and be sure to take right before eating, or while you're eating. They aren't designed to take after the fact.

This worked really well for me during a 7 day trip to Belize. I felt great, did all the adventures, and was able to eat with minimal worry about losing a day in the bathroom. However, when I got home - I realized they had not completely protected me and still ended up with some mild diarrhea. Definitely helpful, but not full proof. Will still buy for my next trip!

Traveled to Vietnam and took this every morning and also sometimes before a meal and did not have any stomach issues. We even drank ice in drinks and had lots of seafood and even a home cooked meal with no issues. I have a weak stomach and easily get sick or tummy pains and was worried about my travels so we got this and so glad we did.

I love to travel, but I don't like what happens when I get home! I decided to try this product, and it really works! I started taking them as soon as I got on the plane, and before I ate or drank anything. I've been home a week now, and I'm completely normal. I highly recommend this product.

Took these to Mexico and had no issues for the week long trip. We took one before each meal. A little on the larger side of a pill which can be difficult to swallow if you have issues.
