OtterBox 77-85493 for Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max / iPhone 12 Pro Max, Cooling and Antimicrobial Gaming Max Grip Case, Black

This case doesn’t feel finished and of good quality I usually expect from Otterbox, first of all why isn’t the “cooling plate” covering the whole phone? And why the pattern on the back gets dirty so quickly and why are the sides made from a gummy rubber that feels “sticky” and attracts all the dust? A full “cooling plate” and the same material the standard Otterbox uses (matte hard plastic) would have been 100% better choices.
