I have no idea if it does anything at all
I confess I don't have a lot of faith in herbal supplements. I know some work, I know some do not, but most inhabit a gray area where I shrug and say, "Eh maybe..." So far these have done nothing for me. My mental clarity is no better than it's been, nor have any of the other things this supplement is supposed to treat. For me, though, the bottom line would have been the flavor of saffron. Yes I know that sounds bizarre but I do love it and I figured that if I could down a couple of saffron-flavored gummies a day at least it'd be a little treat for me. Alas it was not to be. These are apple flavored. So on no level did these work for me, not even as a little treat.

great but expensive
We have tried all the brands you can get in store, these are the best. My dd has mood swings because of her seizure meds and these literally changed everything. My son takes them because they help him focus for tests and helps his emotional regulation.
