Manufacturers have deteriorated the quality by downgrading the quality compromising on quality against cost

Best hair conditioner
I have been using this hair conditioner since the early sixties. My hair was rough and unmanageable then but is soft and smooth now thanks to Estolan. For some time I was unable to access it and tried other conditioners but was not satisfied with them. I find Estolan excellent.
