This works amazingly well for me!! Unlike AI said that it works after 7 to 21 days, it worked the second day for me and I took only 2 capsules before bed every day. I started to have sleeping problem since 4 months ago, slow to fall into sleep, easy to wake up and slow to fall back into sleep. I have tried many things but did not work. But this worked the second day! I fall into sleep every night like in one or two minutes, and mostly sleep through, or lightly wake up and quickly fall back into sleep. I do sleep about half an hour more than normal, but it is also so much easier for me to focus at day time now. Ich nehme es seit fast einem Monat und merke schon eine deutliche Verbesserung: Mein Kopf fühlt sich klarer an und ich fühle mich insgesamt viel besser. Leider kann ich nicht die volle Dosis nehmen, da ich Kopfschmerzen bekomme, wenn ich zwei Tabletten auf einmal nehme, und außerdem Bauchschmerzen habe. Trotzdem bin ich froh, es zu verwenden und werde es weiter einnehmen.
