The product concept is good, but my unit leaked badly. Too much water pours from the bottom. Not returnable..HOWEVER Mfg. Customer support is GREAT..New unit on the way!!

Wish I had this 20 yeas ago. I thought my Netti Pot was doing the trick. Total surprise just how well this cleaned my sinus. And it didn't cost a hundred dollars. I Used bottled water. 16oz bottle in the microwave for 15 sec is just right for warm sterile water cup.

I can not live a day without this wonderful Irrigator! I accidently pulled it off my counter and busted the water reservoir. I called customer support and they are graciously replacing my entire system. So grateful and love this product. It's a 10 out of 10 for me!

Buyer beware! I received this unit and although I put it together as the directions indicated, the unit still leaked water out the bottom faster than it came out of the sprayer. In addition, the spray for the continuous Flow is not continuous it pulsates more than the pulsating flow does. I'm assuming that is an error, it also is loud and produces a high-pitched whine while it's on. To add insult to injury, I tried to replace the unit through Amazon but the only option I'm given is to call somebody to have it repaired, and this one is obviously not repairable, or to go to the manufacturer's website and work with the manufacturer. I wish I had never purchased this from amazon. I could have taken it back if I had just purchased it locally.

I purchased the product in September after having sinus surgery to remove polyps. The surgery required me to irrigate my sinuses twice a day after surgery and was suggested to continue on daily after I healed. I received the manual NeilMed bottle and wanted something with a bit more pressure and found this machine. I purchased it and put it together and started using it and it works great with the constant and pulsating settings but it would leak from the base all over the counter and I would lose a great deal of solution. I took it apart and put it back together and it stopped leaking for a few uses and then the leak came back. I stopped using it until the other day when my sinuses were very blocked. It cleared the blockage but leaked all over and took two rounds to get one full does of solution. I reached out to NeilMed chat support on their website and withing 2 minutes took my information and are sending me a new unit at no charge. WOW!! Great customer service!! If you have sinus issues I highly recommend the NeilMed products!

I have been using this product for a while. It’s easy to use. Qualities is great the machine is well built easy to put together. My allergies are bad as they used to be I recommend this product to anyone who has allergies or suffer with congestion it cleared up my congestion very well and having improved breathing. I give it five stars.

I really hate having anything up my nose, but my nasal polyps didn’t get that memo. My ENT doctor recommended this. It’s easy to use and easy to clean. I find the rigid tips a little uncomfortable- not sure why they couldn’t be made of a soft silicone- but it does the job.

I recently purchased the Neil Med nasal rinse machine from Amazon - What a difference this machine makes for cleaning out your nasal area. for the past several years I have been using the saline nasal sprays to refresh my nasal passages but at an expensive cost and did not work as well. The thing I like about this product is- NO BATTERIES and is very effective for the cleaning process and fast. This product allows you to set how you want your spray to work, pulse or continuous flow with another selection to set the amount of pressure that is comfortable for you. out of all the selections I had to choose from, I feel that this is the top of any selection for an appliance like this. This machine has other pluses than many of the other products available, like using other generic rinse additives, you are not locked in to use only the product for that machine and you can see the difference in price you pay for that option. I am sure you will like this product if purchased. It may take two or three times of use to get the hang of using this machine.
