I live in an older downtown apartment complex and i ride public transportation and those things are hitchhikers. I've been using this a month along with extra cleaning ie 95%alcohol spray.. and the results have been great. I have a dog so this product is great for people with dogs. My issue was not that bad, but I had some and now I'm not seeing anything or having bites. I'm definitely going with a non cloth sofa soon and I'm using a very comfy air mattress. Hope it works for you ,I do recommend it.

I like the no smell aspect of this natural bug spray. It does kill many bugs on contact, not just bed bugs. I also like the laundry bottle as it helps get rid of "hitch hikers".

I found product easy to use and has no unpleasant "chemically" odor. Tried two other products and neither one was effective. Dust mite eradication is EXTREMELY difficult, because you will never get rid of ALL of them, because they are naturally occurring, unlike bedbugs or cockroaches. Aside from cleaning and throwing stuff out, the HVAC system must be professionally cleaned or all will be in vain. Have carpets and upholstered furniture cleaned as well. Vacuum often and don't ignore "dust bunnies". It can turn sinister really quickly. I hope this information is helpful to others. Do yourself a favor and try this first!

I've been using the spray and laundry additive for a while now. I know the spray kills on contact because I saw it happen with my own eyes. Unfortunately, the spray has no residual effect. I've been using the laundry additive, washing in HOT water only. I didn't see any point in the claim that it works in all temperatures, when you still need to dry clothes on HIGH HEAT. I use it mostly for peace of mind. One IMPORTANT note, the directions say to "add 1 cap full (1 oz) to each load of laundry". The problem is the cap does NOT measure 1 oz! It only measures about 1/2 oz. I contacted the company about it, and they realized that after recently changing the packaging, they neglected to update the instructions. They sent me a free bottle for my trouble. That was nice.

I Bought the big jug of this spray because it was supposed to be great. Guess what, it's not!! I used the whole jug and it did NOT help at all!! This stuff was too expensive not to work, I want my money back!!!! Do NOT ever purchase this product unless you want to waste your money!!

Doesnt really work

We had gotten bed bugs from a friend and called a local company to help get rid of them. Found this product on here and used it when bringing all our clothes back in the home after the bed bugs were gone. Have not had a problem since. This product was looked at by professionals and said to work against bed bugs in anything washed in the laundry.

Product fake, disgusting. Makes everything in your entire life like HELL.
