How can i stop blinking time

We can see 👀 on back side with Alarm button which allows us to change on times be me that's the issue, try to push the button upwards and may get solve, else change new battery and check..

We can see back side buttons and one is to set alarm with push button of upward and downwards. USING that we can change like push and keep in middle and then click on other buttons and u can see blinking times on display,now can be easier to change.

What am I supposed to do with Polythene cover on top of the screen because it is not properly stuck ?

You can remove it . So you can clearly see the digits on screen
