This knee brace works great! It relieves pain and promotes healing. It is so convenient, can use even when traveling. Operates four times with one charging. A great bargain for a product that works so well!I am happy to be introduced to this product. I've been using the one with the cord for years but, always, wanted to get the cordless one. After careful research, I decided to buy this one. It was a great choice and investment.This knee brace is very compact and spreads the warmth across the knee. The different levels of infrared and massage really reduces the pain and is a great value Easy to put on and it has made it easier and less painful for me to walk! I highly recommend it!

I actually did receive this item earlier than expected and in very clearly marked packaging, an d with all the c charging chords and adapters. I plugged it in and found it in good working order. I'll have to wait and see what gains I get after using it for a couple of months.

I have bone-on-bone pain in both knees. The heat and light delivered by this product make my knees temporarily feel better but once I take the device off, I still have severe pain. This device is well made and easy to wrap around my knees while I’m watching TV, though. The only thing that’s going to help me are knee replacements. But the product is soothing and does what it promises to do.

It heats a bit to be warm, not hot, and very comfortable. The red light therapy can relieve the pain and muscle fatigue. It is a good product.

It works very well on her knee. This knee brace uses infrared light to relieve pain in her knee. It's easy to use and easy to take off. I can see her using it almost every day. It's also very easy to control. I recommend it to others.

Very poor choice for a product. Does zero to help heal any part of the body. Just another SCAM product to get you to purchase that does nothing but waste your hard earned money. DISAPPOINTED

This product only lasted 2 months. It worked fine then went to use it normally and started getting very hot and smelled like an electrical fire. I took it off and inspected it and could see it had burned through the material. It is a hazard!! It should have lasted longer and not been dangerous.
