Truly a World-Class Espresso
I've been making espresso with these beans for several years. The majority of the time I'm making a latte with steamed milk. I get very consistent results. Other times I do have just an espresso. The taste is never bitter and superior to what I've experienced using other beans or to what I'd get at a coffee shop. I've also made Affogato using this coffee. I use gelato and a shot of espresso. Just put a tightly packed scoop of gelato or ice cream in a small bowl and pour a shot (1 ounce) of espresso over the top. If you've never had this before, try using vanilla gelato the first time.
