Has an Annoying Flicker
I got these to replace like-sized halogen 12v bi-pin bulbs under our kitchen cabinet.Pros; The size fit perfect. The light levels are not as bright as the halogens (perhaps 80%) but still quite acceptable. Pins fit perfectly.Cons;* At least for our installation, all 10 of the bulbs have an annoying flicker of about 60hz (60 cycles per sec). It is the type of flicker when one uses a non-dimmable LED in a dimmed setting, although with a much faster flicker. have tested the outlets with a volt meter and am reading 12.4v. During daylight hours it is not too bad, but at night it drives my wife crazy.. says the bulbs have to be sent back.* I question if these bulbs are really only 1.5w. They still run quite warm when compared to all the other LED bulbs I have used in the past. Not as hot as the halogen, but at least 60% as hot. So I bet they are still using quite a bit of energy.Anyway, I hope the vendor contacts me for suggestions to try to get the flicker to stop. Like to keep them, but the flicker is a deal breaker.**********Update 2/26/20; Have not heard back from vendor, but in digging through more product reviews (look at the 1 and 2 star reviews) many people are having this 'flicker' problem. On many of those reviews the vendor has responded to; A). Replace the ballast on the light fixture with one compatible with LED bulbs (this is something not really practical to do) B). Insert at least 1 std bulb back into the string of bulbs.I have inserted one of the original bulbs back into the string. This did eliminate the flickering, I will decide if I can live with this solution or return these bulbs and seek another source for bulbs that do not flicker.Note: I see many other vendors LED bulbs has the same 'flicker' problem in the reviews.. even when the bulbs boast that that are 'no-flicker' bulbs as a selling point (to which some reviewers cite that prod info is an outright lie). So short story... based on reviewing other same size LED bulbs, seems that none of the others are 'flicker free' either.

First impression - good
I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered these based on the previous reviews - multiple reports of few bulbs being DOA. In my case, all were functional and fit the description nicely. I opted for "white" and they really are "white". The bulbs are a bit larger than the regular ones I had before, but they fit ok.Keep in mind that they are noticeably brighter than the regular incandescent bulbs. I replaced 20W bulbs with these 10W equivalent and they feel even brighter. Good think I didn't go for 20W equivalent - they'd have been way too bright for my situation.Packing was not so great - they were in a regular padded envelope, individually packed though, and few boxes were pretty messed up. Luckily they all were operational.

Good natural color at a good price
So far, so good. I have used dozens of LED lamps in my outside lighting, and they tend to last for a year, not 20 billion hours like it claims on the package. These are fascinating since they are circuit boards with LEDs that are encapsulated in clear synthetic rubber (silicone?) Warm light is much more pleasing that those blue-frequency lights that make you think you're in a prison. And they are priced right.

Great for motorhome/RV
These worked nicely to replace the G4 stock bulbs in my 2001 Jayco Motorhome. This coach has several of the small "Puck" lights. I replaced all of the bulbs with these. They fit without a problem, and seem to give the same light more or less. Having just installed them, cannot attest to longevity but install was quick and easy and for the price, why not go with these cooler burning, less battery draining bulbs?

Constant Flickering
Very poor QC. They are a bit larger than the typical G4 bulb, as warned, but I'm surprised at how they were able to fit snug into my fixture. These bulbs also radiate less heat than the halogens I was using beforehand. That's the only positive part of these products. I've bought two sets of these bulbs, and all 20 bulbs are useless. They are constantly flickering, and the brightness output is very dim in comparison to a traditional halogen bulb. I will be returning these and looking around for another G4 LED alternative.

Acquitte for my needs
The lamps appear to be potted in a transparent rubberized plastic. The package says it is "silica jell". Being that silica jell absorbs moisture, I am not sure how it will hold up in the weather. I did some reading and silica jell is recommended for potting of LED's.The potting material (whatever it actually is) appears to be a good conductor of heat, so that explains why they feel warm to the touch. In my experience transparent potting materials discolor over time, so I might expect light efficiency to drop after a year out in the weather. The color is pleasing (3000K). Light output is higher than my existing LED 12 volt AC lamps. I think they will work fine on my lawn. The wattage is a nominal 1.22 watts at 12 volts DC, and it remains constant over the tested rage of 10-18 volts. Note that the wattage may be subject to temperature changes. The buck circuit begins to fail at about 9 volts DC.I had not yet tested them on an AC circuit. I have to wait until the evening to do that. I will also test them with a capacative dimmer. I have noted that many LED lamps can be dimmed with a capacative dimmer successfully even if they do not work with a phase dimmer.I cannot test them for power factor. My meter will not work at 12 volts.

Great for under counter lights
Covered in clear "rubber" and exactly what is described in the product description. Remember to measure the distance between the pins before you buy. There is a chart for 2 pin bulbs on Wikipedia. Gives all the dimensions of the bulbs. Very helpful.

Major radio interference
Bulbs are more energy efficient than the prior halogen bulbs, but are not bright enough in my RV kitchen. They also cause radio interference - so if the radio is on, and I turn on the light switch, the radio gives only static or silence. Turn off the light switch, and the music comes right back.

Nice and bright LED bulbs
I bought these LED bulbs as backup for my landscape lights that already have similar bulbs that I had previously purchased from Amazon. Those were different make, but currently unavailable. Those bulbs have lasted me for over 2 years, but recently two of them failed, so I was looking to buy similar ones and found these. I tested just one bulb so far and they seem to be pretty good quality and equally bright as my current bulbs. Only time will tell about the durability. If I have an update I will post it here.

A bit oversized, but constant flickering, and some don't work
Installed about 18 of these to replace old halogen lamps. Several, but not all, flicker constantly, even when leaving a halogen in series (as recommended to avoid flickering) and some don't work at all. A bit oversized to the originals (under cabinet lighting application) but fit snugly. Overall, disappointing and unusable given the flickering and non-working bulbs.
