Size is perfect and flavor is good. A bit too sweet for my needs and taste but having it twice a week won't hurt my diet. I have gastro sleeve and removal off my gallbladder and having to eat 6 small meals is not easy but this product is very convenient and saves me a trip to a salad bar or smoothie shop. I drink it while commuting and I feel good and satisfied. No bloating or discomfort after an hour of drinking it like it happens after drinking another protein drink. Again a bit too high in the sugar content but it is a good small meal replacement in my case.

The fiber is slight, but good enough to move the bowels. However, definitely drink one glass of water with each one of these to help your kidneys clear all the protein. Kidney stones are no fun and a simple glass of water with each will easily prevent any cloggage. Are these the best proteing drinks, nope, but if you're one step away from the food pantry line, these are fantastic budget savers. You simply can't beat the price!
