You can’t put a dollar amount on peace of mind but these cameras are very affordable and great! Easy to set up, use and connect!

No problems with the blink system. I am very satisfied with the ease of install and the quality of the product. I originally purchased 3 outdoor cameras, doorbell camera and a sync module and everything was install and running in less than an hour. I see a lot of complaints about having to have a subscription to use the system and you don't have to have a subscription. Download the app and put in a compatible usb storage drive in the sync module and your ready to go.

I first did a wireless installation on the door but couldn't hear the bell inside the house. I uninstalled it and followed the online instructions and replaced the existing doorbell switch with the beveled base, connecting the two wires was simple. With the beveled base, I was able to point the camera away from some trees that would otherwise trigger the camera when a wind comes up (a frequent event here in the valley). The audio is clear in both directions. I think powering the camera with the existing doorbell transformer improves the audio and the video is good enough at standard resolution.

System works good for the most part. Bought the unlimited camera monthly plan right away to unlock bonus features. Adds good usable features but could be a lot better. For instance, the 10 second refresh after it captures video. I’ve had a few instances where can caught random cars pull up to my property and then cut off video after the 10s capture I have set but then you have to wait another 10s for it to capture further movement which is usually the car leaving. What happened in that 10s I missed? What’s the reason for this. Many other good features with subscription which makes cameras unusable without it pretty much. Decent priced cameras. I have 3, doorbell, and a floodlight cam. For the price and ease of installation it’s pretty good. Poe setups are a lot better and quicker but it ducks running the cable and drilling holes into your house. Especially if you move a camera and have a decent size Poe cord hole to fill in.

Has a great picture with a wide angle of view. Sound could better but not real bad. Motion detection is good. Have it connected to Alexa she let's us know if anyone is close to our doorbell. Should have gotten this sooner.

Ordered these for my parents to put around their home. Being that I do not live as close to them and do not get home to visit as much as I would like, I love that I am able to keep an eye on them and their home. These have been a wonderful purchase and have given us a peace of mind.

It works awesome. Highly recommend just wiring it to your exhausting doorbell. Now my doorbell sounds inside my house and on my phone in case I’m not home. It has 2 way talk which doesn’t work great but it’s nice to have. Do yourself the favor and just pay for the subscription. It’s so worth it and very cheap. Half of you who go to Starbucks every morning spending $8 on a coffee…. Just cut back 2 coffees per month and that pays for your subscription. It’s so nice to have all the videos saved and I can go through them.

Ok, this got a lower review for one simple reason, the mounting bracket is the most flimsy POS I have ever seen in my life. You will need a perfectly smooth, flat, hard surface or else the bracket distorts and the camera will NOT attach whatsoever, I ended up having to mount mine in a less than ideal position as my house has lap siding. With THAT out of the way... The doorbell camera itself seems to be pretty good and sturdy (unlike the cheap POS bracket) It connected easily along with my set of exterior cameras which are also from BLINK. The sound quality is not too great, but as long as you dont plan on having lengthy conversations via the doorbell, you will be fine.. lol. Picture quality is very good, as is lighting. The ability to pick individual parts of the scan area to be ignored for motion trigger is handy (example i turned off the street area of the view so passing cars wont trigger) you can also turn down the trigger sensitivity. It is powered (same as the cameras) by 2 AA lithium batteries which are included. Yet to see how long they last. My biggest fear is how many times will I be able to remove it and change the batteries before the cheap POS mounting bracket breaks..
