Fit like it should and works

replaced on wood splitter and works fine at a fraction of the cost of name brand.

make sure to measure both shafts. Their info. says the one I bought was compatible with my motor but it was to small for one of the shafts. I am a metal fabricator and was able to drill the coupling to make a perfect fit(not recommended for the inexperienced) rather than send it back. It is important to note that it doesn't come with the key metal for the set screw to tighten. Also the rubber spider must be drilled out to get a perfect fit. Conclusion, if you get the right size it should only take a few minutes to set the motor and drill the hole in the spider for the shaft to fit through. Top quality couplings at a good price.

Perfect replacement for my log splitter with the 212cc predator I threw on

The original coupler on my nine or ten year old log splitter spewed out its rubber spider the other day so I ordered this. It fit perfectly and went back together quickly; getting my log splitter back into business. We'll see how long it lasts.

This item was junk. It broke after three uses unfortunately I only use it twice during the return period which ended on January 31 today is February 7 and the item is no good but I cannot return it. This is one of the things that’s horribly wrong with Amazon. You can buy something from them and not use it right away then use it and find out it’s junk but because it’s outside the return window you’re stuck with it. If you bought it somewhere else at a retail establishment and you brought it back to them they would replace it.
