Well when I opened the package I was impressed with the quality and design for the price paid. I wanted the non pull up hose and I also wanted the spring holding the hose to be long enough to avoid premature wear against the hose when pulling on it. That is what I got when I opened the package. The sprayer part feels heavy and quality. Thank you. Since now I have installed and used this style of faucet I want to add more opinion. I really like this style. I can turn the faucet on at the lever and it can stay on. Then when I press the sprayer it sprays and turns off. The same with the other flow part of this faucet. The flow lever will turn on and off by one hand and is always water accessible. I truly find this style an ease to use and very functional and convenient to use.

Everything was great. It truly is great built quality for the price. 4 stars only because I wish it came with or offered a bag for the hose/weight like Moen makes so that the weight doesn't get caught on the plumbing underneath the sink when you pulling/retracting the hose. I also love the look of the oil rubbed bronze. I'm no plumber but it was also really easy to install.

Very impressed with this product and this seller. I purchased and installed this five years ago. Great value, easy install, excellent functionality. Worked great until a couple of weeks ago when the plastic toggle on the faucet head broke, which meant I could no longer go between a stream and a spray. I contacted the seller who immediately sent a replacement head. It screws right off and the new one fits on--no other maintenance required. Works like new and very happy with such a painless solution. Thanks!

Shipping was quick and the installation was very easy! I know nothing about plumbing, but the instructions were straight forward and a YouTube video I looked up confirmed I was doing it right. The faucet looks great and works very well! It sprays much better and with more pressure than my old faucet.

Overall quality seems to be good. The faucet looks very nice matching appearance of much bigger name brands. The brushed nickel finish is very nice and appears to be spot resistant. Initially concerned since it was priced about the same as the big box hardware store's in-store brand. However this products ratings were much higher than theirs. Comforted by the fact that this has a 5 year warranty. Early impressions are that this is definitely a good value for the price.Fairly easy to install, but will definitely need someone to assist to keep unit from turning when screwing on base nut underneath. But it is large and easy to turn and tighten without the need for tools. The supply hoses are preattached which is nice, but were 3-4 inches too short for my application. However my supply valves are located through the floor and not centered. Therefore, they should be long enough for most typical applications. If not, you may need to buy a short extension hose.Now to quality. Water pressure is good. Sprayer and faucet appear to be well made. Easy to change from spray to steady stream. The weighted line holds sprayer in place but not too heavy to make using difficult. Faucet spout easily turns from side to side without resistance.The only thing I am initially concerned about is the soap dispenser. The spout is very long and can easily get in the way of the sink. I'm afraid it will get broken if not careful. I am personally using it for hand soap. Since it is so long, not really practical to use the same hand to dispense and obtain the soap. Otherwise, works as it should and gives plenty of soap with single pump.Overall, I recommend this product. For the price, I am initially very happy with the quality. I will leave updates if anything arises.
