Good Product
I started off one a day for a week as per the directions, after that, two per day. I have been using this product about 4 weeks now and am happy to say it provides some relief from the senior memory issues. My son came over last night and said he noticed a difference in "senior moments" as well. This product is very reasonably priced so a trial will not cost much and may prove to be very good. If you are experiencing "senior moments" I recommend giving this product a try.

This product works well for me. It works at least as well as others that were more expensive. I can tell the difference when I miss a few days.

I don't know if this product will help others as much as it helps me, but I can't believe what a difference it makes. I'm 79 and find that my brain doesn't work as well as it used to and I also don't have as much energy as I used to. But 2 of this supplement helps so much. Within an hour, my mind feels more "awake" and when I go for a hike, I have more energy and endurance. Worth a try at least.

Like every supplement, may have side effects
I bought two bottles of this supplement, one for myself and one for my elderly mother. We both wanted something to lift brain fog and help with memory. After about 3 weeks, I didn't notice improvement in my focus or memory, but I did feel a negative difference in my mood. I didn't want to be involved in activities, even ones I loved. I felt numb and disinterested in everything. I just wasn't able to feel happy. I didn't attribute it to this supplement until my mom mentioned she was also feeling depressed but didn't know why. This supplement was the only new thing in both our routines, so we stopped taking this pill and returned to feeling normal within a couple days. I cannot say with 100% certainty that this supplement caused our depressed moods, but it was too coincidental for us to ignore. We just cannot take this supplement. It may work great for some people, but perhaps our particular body chemistry just doesn't play nice with this specific blend of ingredients. Everybody is different, so it may still be worth trying. Just be sure to listen to your body.
