My daughter loved this outfit so I paid over the average for a Halloween costume. Within 5 minutes of trying the chain had completely broke off, the dress is itchy material and the cape has no where to attach too.

Velcro on cape to be attached to outfit, however nowhere on outfit to attach it, therefore cape cannot be worn. Outfit otherwise nice.
