my daughter told me the bad is to help me gain weight and I have gained weight. I was winning one 45 now I’m up to 165 within a month and a half this stuff really put the weight on you and it causes you to desire it depends up the butter pecan is the best one taste just like butter, pecan milkshake and I drink one every day.
