Better-Gro Cedar Slat Vanda Basket - 6 inch square

Well made and sturdy. These are ideal for orchids and were a steal at the price point I paid..just under $6 a piece. Immediately came to purchase more but currently unavailable. Will be back to buy more if they are restocked. Great size and look nice. Very pleased with purchase.

This wood basket is just the right size for my Phal KS Happy Eagle orchid. Most baskets I've seen are way too large or the wood was very thin. This basket was sturdy with no rough edges and a great size for most orchids. I have mine potted with a moss/bark mixture. I used yarn to hang it since I don't like the wire hangers. I will wait several months to see how this basket holds up before I buy more, but so far I am pleased.

The basket is made of sturdy wood, rounded corners, little metal exposed. I live on salt water and metal rusts quickly. This is a great size for when I pot new cuttings from my orchids. I do put a coffee filter in the bottom to keep the potting medium from falling out. The filter eventually dissolves away, by then the roots have taken hold. I will purchase again, this size and the larger ones.

This is small, but it's an adorable little planter. You will need a liner.
