My mother feels strong again
I bought this D3 K2 tablets for my mom and she is using from few weeks. Before, when she sit on floor for prayer, she was struggling to stand and using hands on knees, feeling frustrated. Now she can stand up properly without my support, this change is very clear. Her legs feel stronger and daily movement is easy now. Good product, tablet easy to take, no side effect seen. Also i got her DEXA scan by doctor orthopedic and he said after 8 months of use her bone density increased. i am happy and gave to my nani and masi one piece too

It's not what it used to be.
I have used Vruksha vitamin D3 for a long time since it felt and looked like a genuine and good product. This time it is COMPLETELY different. It is like any cheap vitamin D3 and has very hard grains in it, hard as sand. I will never buy this again. It lists cholecalciferol as vitamin D3. This is the standard cheap version of D3. Usually it is derived from lanolin, a fat that is found in the skin of sheep. The product does not specify where the cholecalciferol came from. but it is definitely not plant based as the label suggests.

The product was packed and delivered nicely. Have been using the product for a while and feeling the difference. Value for money. Go for it

Not the best
My 70 yr old mom has pain in knees, she used Vit D from palak notes. It was pretty expensive so i ordered this one in next round. After using this , my mom mentioned that she found palak notes to be better, so had to order very expensive ones from palak notes again.

Vit D3 should be taken together with Vit K2 for optimal absorption. This product contains both vitamins in the perfect ratio. It's very important for immunity and bone health. It's entirely plant-based and vegan. It's easy to swallow and odor-less. I will buy it again. Thanks to Vruksha company 🙏🏻
