Mr. Pen - Adjustable Leather Pen Holder, 2 Pcs, 8" x 1.5"

I use a Leuchtturm1917 as my bullet journal and since I take it everywhere with me, I needed a handy place to put my pen and highlighter for may daily planning and journaling. I've tried the pen loops to affix onto the journal itself, but those rarely lasted long due to how often I have to remove the pen from the holder, as well as not having a place for my highlighter. However, with this case, I feel more secure in knowing that writing supplies won't fall out, as well as it being small and discrete enough to not take up so much space in my bag like a normal pen/pencil case with the added benefit of it being anywhere my notebook is. It's easy to lose a pen, but it's much harder to lose an entire notebook. The zipper is a lot better quality than I expected for something that costed me about $6 for the two of them. The faux leather also appears to be durable enough for my uses. One of the concerns that I had about the case was if there was going to be too much bulk on the inside of the notebook cover where the case loops into it to hold it into place. Upon writing in the notebook a few times, I hardly notice it to be there while writing, since the elastic doesn't cause the pages to form an annoying mound like I've seen in other reviews with similar products as this one. I can't say for certain that the case will fit much larger notebooks, but for my particular notebook it's absolutely perfect and I would definitely buy more to mix and match in the future if there were more designs to choose from. As of writing this review, that doesn't appear to be the case. All in all, I'm very happy with this it and would highly recommend it to others.

I love having these for my journal, but the zippers don’t line up the way I think they should. They also do not face the same direction no matter how I flip them. It’s confusing & weird, but I’m making it work.

Serves its purpose.

Holds two pens comfortably and I love the two options for a reasonable price. Does a great job holding my planner together and I like to use it as a book mark as well. Never have to go digging at the bottom of my purse for a pen again :)

Love love love. Love so much that I’ve bought more for gifts. What to know: (1) they aren’t large. Expect to put 1-2 pens. 3 would be pushing it. Also, not long markers. (2) the elastic is fairly tight. This is good BUT will only work on a hard bound notebook. I prefer hardbound notebook with dots, but if you’re a spiral bound or soft cover person then you might want something else. Happy drawing / sketch noting / whatever!

Bible study friend got these for the whole group. I loved mine so much that I got these for Christmas for family and friends. High quality materials. I can fit 3 pens and 2 highlighters.

Despite being called a pencil holder, this pouch is too small to hold pencils. Company was great, gave me a quick refund with a single email. Pouch is nice and hold pens well. Regarding the adjustability: it’s an elastic that has stretch to it, but there is no way to make the elastic larger or smaller. On a thin flexible, 8.5x11 notebook cover this wouldn’t work very well. On a smaller hardcover it is perfect. Regarding the Bible verse: item works just as well with the Bible verse facing the inside, so you do not need to see it if you do not want to.
