Very effective!!
Seems every time our "pest-control" person comes, I end up with bugs, which I didn't have before they came to do their little "spot-sprays". I read the reviews on this, and decided to give it a try. Color me impressed, not a bug in sight now, and it works very quickly, and you don't need to put much out. I saw a suggestion for putting a little of this in a pill bottle and putting a hole in the top, to keep it away for pets, and although I didn't need to do that, thought was a good idea. Very effective!

Works for me
So far seems to work. Now I have Wolf spiders visiting. I'll find something for that besides the geckos that I have because of spiders, which I think came here because of the roaches I had. Now, to chase the geckos out (which I would never harm- very beneficial), rid the spiders (some I catch & release in my garden, but some larg Florida Wolfs are venomous and I'm allergic to- I will eliminate). Terro T502's is "Bait and Switch"
20240928: If I was allowed a 0-star, that would be my new rating. All the other Terro products I have used were great. This T502 may work in perfect LAB conditions but not in the real world. I trashed the unused portion of the T502. Never again will I purchase the T502.20240830: Changed rating from 2-stars to 1-star. Bait hardened to the point the roaches will need a chainsaw to create pieces to eat. "BAIT" implies they take the poison back to their nest and then the nest residents help consume the poison. This is not the case with this Terro product, unlike other better Terro products.20240710: I sent terro.com follow-up questions, "My T502 has the consistency of medium hard caramel. Second question, do roaches eat the T502 or just touch the "bait".Terro's response:"Thank you for reaching out to us. Under normal conditions the gel is good for one year. And to your other question the roaches consume the gel. Should you have any further concerns please feel free to reach back out to us."-------------------------My modified opinion is based on the T502 "dry-out" issues and [email protected]'s response about "drying-out" (20240708).I changed my 3-stars to [email protected] emailed response (20240708):"Answer:Thank you for this feedback regarding the instructions, it has been shared with our Product Managers. The product should still be effective as it is drying out, but once it is completely dry, the roaches will no longer be able to consume and it should be reapplied if necessary. We do not have a time frame regarding how long it will take to dry out. This will vary based on humidity, how much was applied, what surface it was applied to, etc. This product is not taken by the roaches back to their nest to share with others. "--------------------------------------------------My Amazon Review Terro T502 Roach Bait (and switch) ? 202407061. No paper instructions included.2. Used internet to find how to allow spray can to function properly.3. White printed instructions on side of can are barely visible.4. "Bait" hardens after a day or two. Not sure if roaches can hammer and chisel a piece of the bait for consumption.5. Waiting on Terro to answer these and other questions via email. I plan to modify my review based on their response(s).

Best on the market
My conference is unfortunately infested with roaches, which has been quite a challenge to manage. I initially attempted to use boric acid, a well-known and effective method for dealing with roaches. However, I quickly realized that its effectiveness significantly diminishes once it hardens, which can happen relatively soon after application. This made it less reliable for maintaining a roach-free environment over time.In addition to boric acid, I also decided to try sticky traps. These proved to be highly effective, as they captured a large number of roaches almost immediately. The sight of so many roaches trapped was both satisfying and a stark reminder of the extent of the infestation.Furthermore, I stumbled upon a gel product that yielded remarkable results. This product was particularly effective in reducing the presence of both German and regular roaches. I was quite surprised by the negative reviews I found online, as my personal experience showed a significant reduction of about 95% in the roach population. While no single solution can completely eliminate all roaches, this gel product effectively reduces their presence to a manageable level, making it a valuable tool in my ongoing battle against these pests. The gel product is designed to be effective for three months, which is a reasonable duration for its application. After this period, it can be reapplied to continue the reduction in roach numbers. I applied a generous amount of the product in large globs to ensure its complete removal, which unfortunately led to the need for further purchases due to my lack of initial experience and the size of the infestation. In my next attempt, I intend to employ a stronger brand of gel product to potentially eliminate the roaches more effectively. I hope that this will provide a more comprehensive solution to the problem, allowing me to maintain a cleaner and more comfortable conference environment.

Applicator will waste product!!!
I have to admit this bait gel defiantely attracts the bugs. They will come out together to feast on it. They love this stuff. However I didnt see. Any bugs eating it by thr second day. Or any time thereafter. I can’t really say it killed any of them because I’m not seeing. Any dead ones and the population hasn’t decreased significantly either. Maybe they carried it back to their nest in some crack ame died there idk,The applicator tube is easy to use but needs to have better control on the amount comeing out it’s way too fast and thick - in my opinion it was wasteful of the product. That’s why I only gave 3 stars I could have baited more areas if it hadn’t been tiny spoonfuls everytime I squeezed the trigger.
