Not warm enough in the fingers
I've been using these gloves for cross country skiing for about a year. While they work somewhat, it seems that most of the heating elements are in the palm. However, it's my fingers that get cold during skiing and that's where I really need the heat. Yesterday when I went out after lunch, I had to stop after about 1 km to warm my fingers even though I had the gloves set to high heat. Overall, I'm disappointed with these gloves.

No batteries
The gloves were in perfect shape but they were shipped with 2 chargers and no batteries. I have returned and re-ordered them, hoping they will come with batteries this time.
