I like these better than my pocket Leica binocs.
I have new Leica and Zeiss high-end binoculars that are at least 7X more expensive, but I still seem to prefer these for lightweight knock-about use. They really are *very* good.

An Amazon issue....
Purchased this Steiner Predator LRF 10x42. Came from Amazon in a box with no padding... product free to bang around inside of box. I would not have expected this poor packaging on a $1000 item. Upon receiving LRF bino's, installed battery and no electronic readout. Tried a second battery with same result - no readout, defective. Returned to Amazon. Waiting for my refund.

Scam, buyers beware.
Bought the Steiner LRF binos and everything was LRF except the binos themself, they were the 600 dollar predators. The box was LRF the paperwork inside was LRF but the binos we're just regular predators. Buyers beware.

Ok but not bright
My binoculars work OK but they are not bright at all. I have several pair of Steiner that are 20+ years old. They are very good quality and very bright. This new pair does not have the brightness, and seems to have some type of dark shade to the image, sending them back to customer service. I see that Burrus is now handling their warranty if I would’ve known that I would’ve never purchased the product because Burris does not honor their warranty. Mine are no brighter than a pair of $30 Tasco binos at Walmart the only difference is the outrageous price I paid for these binoculars
