Q: Lost my manual how do I put the speakers in pairing mode?

To use Bluetooth mode on this speaker double press the multifunction button, if done right the lights will start to blink blue.

Q: Do these speakers pair to each other before a device or do they have to be physically connected together by the cable and only pair to a device?

Hi. There is coonect cable between two speakers. all PCB and control is on the right speaker which need to connect to your computer or phone.

Q: Can I connect these with google nest?

Hi. I am not sure. but if there is a 3.5mm audio output jack on your google nest then it can be connected via audio cable. Like wired connection to a computer's headphone output jack.. etc.

Q: Can I connect airpod to the speaker?

Hi. airpod is for playing music and this speakers is also for playing music. both receives audio from computer or phones via bluetooth. This two does not work each other.
