Bought this as a Christmas present for my husband. He has already used it several times and loves it. Small easy to grab and go! In winter all the farm equipment comes into the shop for overhauling. Equipment is parked in various barns across the farm and often needs to be jumped to start so it can be moved to the shop. This great portable jump starter fits the bill rather than having to drag that big shop battery pack starter around now my 78 yr old hubby can start tractors balers swathers with ease. I purchased one of these inflator/jumper units with another unit from another manufacturer to make sure I had the family vehicles taken care of in the case of emergency. I prefer this unit over the two because you don't have to attach/detach the hose for tire inflation if you are in close proximity of the tire; it's ready to go. And the tire pump work exceptionally well. This unit is just as compact as its competitors, and the case protects it from the abuse the back of our car sees from my family of 5. I like the charging options and the passthrough power option you can use in emergency. I have had to rely on tire inflator at least twice, and the jumping feature has served friends and strangers more than I have seen use of it personally (it feels good to be helpful). It has never let me down, and has paid for itself back in time not spent on emergency repairs or waiting for help.Recently I ran into a small problem, one that did not prevent any normal function of the unit, and I am very pleased with the response and support received.
