The media could not be loaded. I love the size of these pill, they are so easy to swallow. Also they really worked quickly to boost my immune system. I am already feeling much better after just 2 days.

I'm not sure if it works. But it was a really good price compared to other brands.

I watched a video that advised to really load up on D3 and k2 at the first signs of cold or flu, and then back down to the 10,000 during the remaining days of sniffles and symptoms. I did that. I took some other products as well, and had a pretty good experience in getting over it in 7 days.The products like this that are a white powder instead of being delivered in an oil based capsule are still interesting to me. These types of products are becoming more common, and it's good because you don't have to worry about ingesting rancid oil caps, possibly missing that fact and causing other problems for your health in free radical damage accumulation down the road. I drink MCT oil in my smoothies, and whole milk Kefir as well, which both have enough fat, I think for absorption of these vitamins . I still haven't learned enough about the technology to know the difference, but these capsules feel as though they are authentic.5 stars.

Bottom line: this supplement is commodity D3+K2, nothing more. For a long time, I only took D3, but this past year discovered that it is likely better to be taken along with K2, because D3 promotes production of K2-dependent proteins which require K2 in order to function properly (research is ongoing). While I am not personally concerned about lack of calcium intake, some competing products include it because D3 and K2 help ensure that it is properly deposited in bones. For a long time, I took commodity D3 from Solgar and Life Extension, and then started taking D3+K2 that was recommended to me from Seeking Health. None of these products specify the sources used for D3 or K2. However, at current prices the D3+K2 from Seeking Health, a $0.30 capsule containing 125mcg (5000 IU) and 100mcg of K2 comes at about 1.5x the cost as this supplement from Integrals, so now that I see that the one from Seeking Health is no longer available here, this appears to be a satisfactory substitute offered at a decent value, although another product I've tried this past year from Microingredients provides an even better value.

I picked this up because I have been looking for a new D3 supplement to replace the one I have been taking years. I was upset about them changing some ingredients and I also wanted something more potent with at-least 5000 IU and this fits the bill. The addition of Vitamin K helps me also as I used to take a separate Vitamin K supplement to help with cholesterol and stuff.Taking this one I seem to feel better than I did with my old one... not sure if its placebo or just because of the additional 5000 IU but I am very healthy. These capsules are super small so even my son can take one if he isn't feeling good.Overall I am happy with these and am likely to buy more when my sample bottle is finished here. The lack of any bad ingredients goes a long way for me right now.

D3 and K2, taken together, is a very powerful combination in many very healthy beneficial ways. D3 is a potent anti-viral and will keep viruses from getting inside the cells lining your throat. I take at least 10,000 IU of D3 daily and haven't gotten a sore throat in a very long time. K2 is excellent for calcium absorption into bones and will definitely help with bone health. I think this is an excellent supplement and is a two month supply.

I've been taking Vitamin D for many years and strongly believe it helps me. I was offered this bottle of Vitamin D3 K2 Supplement Vitamin D3 5000IU and thought I would try it out. I've taken between 2k and 5k IU and prefer 5k IU doses. At time of review this bottle is very affordable at $8.99, with 60 capsules taking only 1 a day a dose is about 15 cents.Since I've had no lapse in taking Vit D I cannot speak to any positive effects when compared with not having taken D- I can say I've noticed no negative changes since switching to this capsule. It's a very small one too so it's very easy to take. Made in the USA too. I would likely buy this particular bottle again.

This is a nice combination. The vitamin D at 125 mcg, translates to 5000 iu's. And it is the cholecalciferol form, as opposed to ergocalciferol. Cholecalciferol is of course the superior one. It is like the natural vitamin D that your body produces from sunlight, and according to studies, approximately twice as effective as ergocalciferol.The vitamin K, is in MK-7 form. It is very well absorbed, and a very good choice for most people. If you are concerned about bone strength however, you may want to find a supplement with MK-4 included as well (Life Extension has a good one). The MK-4 is not absorbed as well, so you do need heftier doses.All in all though, this one is a very simple but good combo.
