Great product
I was struggled with iron tablets with constipation, but these ones are great. I’ve been using them for a few years now never had constipation.

No stomach upset
I’ve had no side effects so far from the iron which is great, no stomach upset after first week of use of taking it in the mornings. I’m taking it every other day despite it saying to take it every day. I was told that to increase my ferritin levels taking iron every other day will aid and increase absorption of the iron, so at that this one box will last me 2 months rather than 1, so it feels really good value for this.

An effective medicine
The iron tablets come in blister form which are easily removed. The tablets are easily swallowed with water.When taken the tablets are gentle on the stomach. The tablets are used for iron deficiency. The tablets are value for money pleased with the purchase.

Crushed package!
The packet was crushed on arrival. Fortunately the iron capsules weren’t. I find these are absorbed more easily than ferrous sulphate tablets and they don’t give me constipation. As long as I take them with food. They do give me some acid reflux but not as bad as other iron medication.

Easy to swallow and no problem after use…

Not for me
Although quality is very good but unfortunately was not right for my stomach, I only brought these because Solagr ones were out of stock. I have weak stomach so not everything suits me right. When you open these from the blister you get a strong smell of fish and chips vinegar☺️ I liked that smell. Good memories…quality delivery everything fantastic given the right person I think this product is 5 star but for me its a 3 only because I did not find it gentle on stomach and I have left them on the shelve hopefully I can give them to a family member.

Unfortunately they did not work for me.
As they say they did not cause constipation. However after three months of use my iron levels did not improve. I have changed to another make which is working for me. Give them a try, they may work for you.
