Fantastic product at reasonable price. Excellent quality throughout. Love the Smith Logo imprinted onto jar. Spigot easy to fit, set at an optimum position in jar ensuring good flow up to last few inches. It’s then easy to lift the jar & tip it to access remainder. The lid is a secure fit. I noted instruction to remove orange seal if flow becomes slow but, to date, this hasn’t been necessary. One could also just release the lid to obtain the same effect without moving the band. The stand is invaluable in order to create extra height for a glass to sit under spigot whilst pouring. A handsome piece of equipment.

What a stylish way to have fresh spring water on tap. It’s been used constantly by the family since set up. It’s excellent quality with stainless steel tap a favourable feature. Water flows well, no leaks looks lovely on the kitchen counter top. Really pleased with purchase. Looked at and compared loads before setting on this great choice in smiths.

Does exactly what it’s supposed to. If I had one criticism I’d have preferred the tap to be a tad higher allowing a bigger glass to fit underneath. This could be addressed by a higher stand if they made one.

It stinks of mould. I filled the jar with pure distilled water and the jar made the water taste and smell of mould. I took it apart and identified the terrible smell is coming from the white rubber bumper washers. I have tried soaking the washers all day in soapy baking soda liquid but it didn't get rid of the terrible smell. I have shortly tried soaking the washers in anti mould bleach but this hasn't helped. This is such a terrible purchase.

I absolutely love this water dispenser! It is very good quality, nice thick glass, study stand, strong wire holding lid on. Doesn’t take up too much room on my kitchen counter. Visually appealing. Very speedy delivery (came the day after I ordered it on a regular delivery). The only downside is that the spout only works when the lid is undone to break the vacuum but this isn’t really a problem for me. I think this dispenser will last me a lifetime so I consider it money well spent. I recommend buying.

This jar is fantastic. I use it every day and have noticed my water and fluid intake has increased significantly. I wanted to make special mention of the aftercare received by this company. They are a family run business and provided great after sales support. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Its companies like these we all need to support by purchasing their high quality products! This makes a great gift or perfect for personal use, looks great in the kitchen or whenever guests are around! If you do decide to purchase one of these I'm sure you'll be as satisfied as I am!

J'ai acheté le distributeur de boissons de 5 litres avec son support pour mon kéfir ou des limonades l'été. Globalement, je suis très content de ce produit. Il a une bonne contenance, est solide et est esthétiquement agréable. Cependant, je suis un peu pointilleux sur un détail : si le support était juste 1 ou 2 centimètres plus haut, ça aurait été parfait pour placer des tasses ou des verres plus hauts sous le robinet verseur (voir photo). À part ça, c'est un très bon produit.

Me gusta el tamaño, no excesivamente grande para la cocina, y la calidad de los componentes. La sujeción de metal es adecuada, robusta sin ser aparatosa.

I wanted a pitcher that was not made of plastic and this product fit the bill. It is made of nice material and came nicely packaged. I was very impressed that the seller reached out before I received it to give information about water temperature to ensure the glass does not break. And, if the product was broken when I received it, they would work with me to get it replaced. I was very impressed by this and this made my purchasing experience very enjoyable. Alas, I had to return it because my plan was to use it in my fridge, but I live in a small apartment and my fridge couldn’t fit it, I unfortunately had to return it.

Arrivato nei tempi, prodotto impeccabile, rubinetto già montato in metallo, non perde un goccio. Ad oggi direi perfetto. Vedremo nel tempo. Apertura ottima anche per la pulizia del vaso.
