I ordered these since my office isn’t that quiet. I couldn’t get the volume on my computer turned up any louder so, these were the answer!

These are confortable to wear and provide very good sound.

They work well, but they are not the highest quality in craftsmanship. I've had them for 5 months and a piece of plastic already broke on it, while it doesnt really affect the performance, when in public they just look cheap in quality

Very comfortable so I was super excited about that, but mic placement is hard. I used a clip (from an old headset) to bring it closer to my mouth but people said I sounded like I was in a tunnel so I would end up having to hold it by my mouth, often. (this, after already have checked my system sound settings) Also, every morning before I start work for the day, I'd have to do an echo call with my Five9 system, because it's a 50/50 chance that anyone's going to hear me. To be COMPLETELY fair, our work laptops can be a huge PITA, so... It's just not very compatible with my system, sadly.I appreciated the seller reaching out to resolve/help with the issue, but I had already returned them. Being call center/remote, I respectfully didn't have time to troubleshoot the issue(s) every day. I'd sadly end up grabbing my headset out of the closet.

I purchased these for video conferences and the microphone doesn’t work at all. I’d send them back but returning with Amazon has become such a hassle.

Regular headsets hurt my ears after a long period of time so I was very happy when I came across these gems! They worked great and no ear irritation!

I had to return it the 2nd day. Bought it to work from home. It really do much for me. It didn't fit right and the mic when you clip it on your shirt even close to me but people can't barely hear me from the other end

Very comfortable. I used these 5 days a week for a little more than 5 months and suddenly none of my devices will recognize them anymore.
