Lactobacillus Suppository: Microbiome Flora balance and Odor Control Regimen; Balance and Nourishes Healthy Flora; Paraben-Free Preservative-Free

I bought these after my gyno recommend them and yes I can honestly feel it that its so much more healthy i am more confident knowing everything is completely taken care of down there been using them for about 6 months it is now a regular routine for me and it has helped balance me out and keep my flora very very happy its super easy to use i use a pad since it tends to kind of leak at night I've recommended them to my friends who now also use it in their routine im so happy my gyno told me about these I cannot praise this enough !

I was skeptical, but this suppository works incredibly fast. I used one at night after noticing initial irritation and a slight odor, and by the next morning, I felt completely refreshed and back to normal. Unlike other treatments that feel messy or medicinal, this formula is gentle, doesn't leak much the next day, and is totally fragrance-free.

I learned I was GBS positive after a swab at 35w6d. I am trying a regimen of oral and vaginal probiotics . I tried another brand but it failed to dissolve at all so when I saw this brand was coconut oil based , I was hopeful it would provide better results. Well it certainly did! While I do need to ensure I place this in bed and not move until it dissolves, these suppositories dissolve fairly well and completely improved my vaginal health. My copious discharge decreased significantly and my vagina no longer smells « off ». While I have not had a repeat GBS swab yet , I am hopeful these at least decreased the colonization that I was struggling so much with.

This product worked to calm down the smell and symptoms I was experiencing down below. However, it did make me nauseous. It also carried a strong smell that seemed herbal. The nausea started about 6 hours after treatment and lasted on and off for about a day. Otherwise, this product worked great.

I started using these vaginal suppositories before my first Emma/ALICE test, but I didn’t notice a big change at first. That test ended up showing several harmful bacteria, including Group B Strep. My doctor prescribed antibiotics, and I continued using these consistently afterward. When we repeated the test, everything came back completely clear. I’ve had two failed IVF transfers and we’re working through unexplained infertility, so we’ve been trying to uncover any possible factors that could be affecting implantation. My doctor recommended these to help support a healthier vaginal and uterine environment, and I truly believe they helped support my recovery after treatment. They’re gentle, easy to use, and I appreciate that they’re free of preservatives and fragrances. The added hyaluronic and lactic acid helped things feel balanced and hydrated—not dry or irritating. If you’re new to suppositories, I’d definitely recommend buying a pack of applicators separately—it makes using them way more comfortable and convenient. I’ll continue using these leading up to my third embryo transfer and beyond. For anyone navigating infertility or trying to restore their vaginal health, I’d absolutely recommend giving these a try alongside your provider’s plan.

Sad to say this didn’t work for me. When I dug into the reason why: The microorganisms listed are actually for gut health, not vaginal health. And while it won’t hurt you, and may help your intestinal micro flora it will not affect your vaginal microbiome. L. crispatus, L. gasseri, L. iners and L. jensenii, are the species inherent to protection of the vaginal tract. Also- suppositories are a better, more direct route because it’s unclear how much lactobacilli actually make it to the vagina as they traverse from the rectum.
