I Could not decide on the gray or high contrast screen, so I ordered the material sample kit from the Silver Ticket website. The samples arrived in about 5 days and as soon as they did I set them up on the wall and turned my Epson LS11000 on. I played a bunch of different movies and 4k content, it became very apparent that the gray and high contrast samples looked the best! The high contrast displayed superior blacks and really did not wash the colors out! So I went ahead and ordered the high contrast…. The screen arrived in two days and was super easy to assemble, watching the Silver Ticket assembly video was super helpful especially when it came to stretching the screen material onto the frame. You definitely want to follow the directions on this to ensure your screen is super smooth and wrinkle free! With the help of my wife we mounted the screen and it definitely gave the theater a professional look, it’s super slick looking!!!! The picture my LS11000 now puts out is on par with my 65 inch LG OLED tv, I’m actually kind of shocked how well everything turned out! I must say even with the dark gray screen the picture still looks great with my room lights all the way up! Thanks Silver Ticket I absolutely love my screen!

This screen ROCKS! Easy install - just take your time and follow the very clear instructions. The aluminum on aluminum brackets don't slide easily as you might think. But overall - this screen beats out my Elite Screen which it replaced by a significant margin. And it was less $$. Bought the Cinema grey - amazing! Paired this with an Epson 3800 Cinema/UHD.

I've been using this screen for a few months now, and I must say that I am wholly impressed by its performance. I previously had a 1.1 gain white screen, and it was serviceable. I used it with the LG HU80KA. That projector isn't that great (I did a long review, if you're curious). This screen breathed some life into that projector in ways that the white screen was completely incapable of providing. With that said, I now have the Epson 5050UB. It blows the HU80KA out of the water... but also, it feel like a wonderful match with this screen. It is a very bright projector, and with "typical" 1080p SDR material, it looks great with low brightness and in "Digital Cinema" mode. When watching 4k HDR material, I stick the player into "Natural" or "Bright Cinema" mode, and the 110" .95 gain screen still allows ample amounts of brightness. The blacks are deep, and inviting. My eyes are lovingly caressed by the juicy, creamy goodness that the projector and this screen provide together. CONCLUSION: It's difficult to fairly review the relevance of a projector screen for everyone, since each room has its own quirks and brightness levels. My room has very low ambient lighting, and my Epson 5050UB blasts a decent amount of light. With those conditions, this screen does an excellent job allowing a very tasty visual display. Even with average room lighting, it still holds a decent presentation. The black velvet frame helps soak light bleed like a champ (and trick your eyes into thinking the screen is darker). Single drawback - the high contrast fabric does have a more porous skin than a plain white screen. So, if you sit closer than about 9 feet from the screen, you may notice a shimmery surface in the fabric compared to a more "dense" fabric style. Outside of that, I highly recommend this screen!

Pros: -First time assembly: 1.5 hours by my self, being extra careful. That's good. -All parts are there, everything fits together perfectly -Screen, when complete is still pretty light, stretches evenly across the frame and has a very nice border. -It hangs well on the wall so very easily. Cons: -You have to assemble it -You need lots of space to lay everything out cleanly Overall: The cons are, well, expected. The pros, are overwhelmingly good. It's perfect for our purposes, and it looks very nice. Projected images are clear as any screen I have used or better. I can't really think of anything that would detract me from recommending this screen.

I bought this from the amazon warehouse ("Like New"), but unfortunately, there were a couple of wrinkles extending all the way from the bottom to the top like someone folded the screen initially before rolling it up. I have to say that assembly was easy, and instructions were to the point. Their YouTube videos also helped a great deal. After the screen was fully assembled, and hung up the wall, i noticed the creases, but amazon customer service was very good in taking care of it. They offered $$ off, which i thought was a fair deal. So i effectively paid for the screen in a fair condition. Now coming to the screen material itself, i found it to be great. It is vinyl, but the dark grey screen does a great job in my game room that has a fair bit of ambient light. Once dark, the picture is absolutely stunning. Coming from a 92" pull down from Oppo, this was a big step up. I am using it with my epson 5040UB which is a faux 4k projector. The pairing is superb. All in, i think STR is a good starter screen if you don't want to blow your bank account. I don't believe in high priced cables and high priced screens. Spend your money on a good projector, and good speakers/amplifier.

Awesome upgrade. I originally went with the normal white cloth and just hung it. While it did the job, there was something missing. The crisp picture and the sharp color just wasn't there. After researching products I decided to give this product a try. Very glad that I did. Upgrade in every way. The picture quality along with the esthetics is quite impressive for the price. I could have saved some money if I gone this way in the first place. Live and learn.
