it is very light and easy to install. So far my plants are very happy with the lights. I likeed it so much that I bought a second set.

There aren’t very good instructions for setup but it’s intuitive. Very good for the price. I have them in use already but plant growth to be determined. I’m happy with the purchase and would buy again.

Great product. Easy to replace the previous lamp and gives a nice purple glow. The orchids are doing much better.

It an easy setup. The lights are very light. the only bad thing is there are no hooks or clips on the light to hang them. A bag of assorted metal crap came wiTh each lighr but the are no places on the housing to attach a hook or a clip. I tried drapIng the cords over the supporr bars but they come unplugged so easily they keep falling to the ground.

Bought these for my Phalaenopsis Orchids as they don't need really high light, as do some of my other Orchid species. Work well for my plants. Light weight and easy to install. They also make a brighter "cool white" light, that I have also purchased in the 48" length, and I use for my higher light need Orchids, and they are great!

Posting my review a month after use. Lights are pink-white not red and blue, so take that into consideration when purchasing. I was under the assumption they were red and blue as the photo shows a more purple emitting light. My annual seedlings flowered under these lights which is why I purchased them instead of shop lights. Albeit, my setup is supplemented a west facing window in Southern Ontario and I turned my trays every few days, I think the lights did contribute to the plants flowering success (pictured). Setup was easy, but I question the durability of the lights and hardware. They also do get quite hot so do not let slack wires touch any metal components.
