Very hard material, totally opposite to what was expected. And later on when I raised a return requests, which was accepted, the pick up was cancelled on the day item was supposed to be picked up. And this same happened 4 times in a row, highly frustrated with the service. The cancellation policy was nowhere mentioned clearly at the time of placing the order. I would definitely not buy ever from this vendor. Not at all reliable and trustworthy.

Qualitywise this product is very good and does the job. But I find it very pricey.

I was looking for something similar to the balance pad I saw at my physios gym. That one was at least 3X the price of this one. The quality is almost identical however. Happy with the purchase but shipping took FOREVER.

Convenient size to be able to use at home. It's a good cushion resistance with a soft exterior. It's light weight but holds me and I'm 200lbs+, Great price. I use it to help me with my balance. It is the same one I used at PT and they recommended I get one for home.

I have Arthritis in both knees--this product enables me to continue various exercises without pain like ab rolls and certain stretching poses! I thought I needed the XL size but went with the Large for pricing at the time--Large is perfect for everything I need it for. You won't regret the purchase!!!
