No more nighttime trips to the bathroom. This worked really well for me also stopped daytime BPH. This is good stuff

Throwing ropes or not
After a week I can see some increase. After day four I felt lethargic - run down. Muscle mass in arms and legs decreased. Then read more about pygeum and found it negates testosterone. Anyone else have similar feeling or found info that pygeum is a testosterone inhibitor? I used L-Arginine and testosterone booster for over two years but those never increased rope volume. Interested to hear what other supplements are better or which one to add to pygeum to maintain muscle mass and increase semen volume.

Pygeum works. This is a good price point for a good product.
Good price point. I now rarely need to get up to pee at night, & the other thing pygeum can do for men is also improved… by volumes… Every Nutricost product I’ve tried has been great.

Good supplement
I purchased this to add to my “emission volume” stack and it’s working wonders. My volume has increased quite a bit. Making big messes over here.

Apparently Depletes Testosterone
I don’t know the effectiveness of this supplement because upon receiving it I took only one dose. I should have done more research before ordering it because apparently it depletes testosterone. Would not recommend this supplement based on that alone. But if you’re okay with that concern, the supplement may be helpful.
