I work in a hospital and sometimes smells are too much. Got this to help before entering some rooms and it helps so much.

Working in PICU I get all age ranges for kiddos. Lately I've been getting older kids with tube feed stools. YUCKThis has been a game changer with changing diapers or ostomy bags.I used to put it on my upper lip, but it wasn't enough.I take two 2x2s, fold each into thirds, wipe the balm on the top and shove each into each nostril for a better effect. I don't feel silly doing this because there is still the masking policy:)
