The review says the cushions they received were not small but medium. Can you confirm this indeed comes with small cushions? How many cushions, 3?

Photo does not show elbow; is it the one that swivels?

It doesn't come with the swivel. You will need to get that too. Also you need to make sure the mask or nose pillow has the male connectors for the mask. The nose pillow or mask clips INTO the ends of the head gear. I ended up buying a nose pillow that had male plugs on it. Can I order a frame only? I don’t need the nose pieces.

I have found it less expensive to order it as one piece vs separately..

Can you use this headgear instead of the philips dreamwear? i have a resmed airsense and the dreamwear headgear shifts all night even w/pillows. thx

You CAN use the AirFit N30i instead of a Philips DreamWear mask; but you would have to purchase the entire mask. This is just a part of the mask. There is no headgear sold with it.
