i love this brand of vitamins. they offer quality products at a great value for the money. this B complex is packed with all the B vitamins plus a good dose of C as well. size is easy to swallow, and there’s no funny taste to speak of. they always include a desiccant to keep the capsules from sticking together. most of the supplements i take come from them, i trust their quality.

You can basically find reviews on every single supplement that say all the things negative and positive. So far i've found this brand to be good with some data to back it up. The pill size for me is fine, but they are quite large. If you have trouble swallowing pills then these are not for you, if you are like me and take a handful no problem, then these get the job done, and are a good value for the quantity. On subscription, they go down even more, making it worth. Be careful on the subscription though because they go on super sale sometimes so its better to juts cancel your subscription and buy once, then go back.
