Works if you do it right
Takes a few try’s to get the right pressure but works well. However my tattoo completely disappeared after I went to a pool bar. But other than that one time it last vibrantly for about 4-5 days for me. Def follow the instructions really well. Clean the area. Dry it. Draw tattoo in an area that doesn’t move much even if you’re walking around and doing things. Leave on for 24 hours without getting it wet. Protect it with something when you go to sleep so you don’t sweat and transfer it to your face or something

Great
Really nice feel and easy to handle. Have to be careful with touching it as it can bleed onto your hands or clothes before it sets

kind of pricey but does work
it does work, it writes like a sharpie and dries in a few minutes, then after a day or two it kind of sinks into your skin and looks more like actual tattoo ink. I use it to freshen up my finger tattoos. it’s hard to get a real fine line because you have to use some pressure as the point dries up a bit. and it bleeds the same way a sharpie would, so you have to use it sparingly. beware that if you use too much ink it’ll transfer onto your skin elsewhere if you’re not careful. i woke up with a perfect print on my cheek because i slept with my hand under my head🙃 first pic is how my tattoo usually looks. second pic is after a few days. i only use the pen on the blade part of the tattoo, not the hilt, you can see that it does blend in pretty well after it dries down. i wish there was a finer tip available.

Cute but short-lived
This image is after the second day of wear. My hands we washed when I started. Made sure they were dry. Drew the image, mistakes wipe away pretty easily if your quick about it. Then bandaged it over night so it wouldn't spread. Wish it would last a week. Still nice enough.

Lasted 1 day
I was so excited for my medium marker to arrive but once I followed the directions and applied my design to my leg it wore off extremely quick. The first day it looked amazing but the next day after I showered it was almost completely gone. I mean it looked as though you’d drawn on yourself with sharpie and then scrubbed it harshly. You can still see the design but it’s extremely faded I had even taken extra measures to make sure it wouldn’t be harshly treated but it still washed off regardless. Not worth the price but it was fun that first day!

Freehand art
This is a Christmas gift. I cannot speak on the quality of this particular Ink Box item, however, I do love their temporary tattoos. They are great quality and stay on your skin for a good 10-14 days before they start to fade. I’m hopeful the pen delivers the same results.

Works exactly as described
The ink stays for right around 10 days. I think it really does depend on the skin of the individual person and how heavily the artist soaks the ink. I did one on my forearm with a heavier stroke and the ink seemed to START fading at the 10 day mark. My wife did one on my upper arm, but used a much lighter stroke that started fading around the 5 day mark. I consider this a plus because of the versatility. Edit: as a follow up after a few uses, and starting on a full upper body piece for a cosplay, it seems as if the ink dries out fast, but it sort of doesn't. Meaning: after a short while the tip starts to dry up and a bit of a dangly piece off the tip starts to form. If you cut off the dangly piece or use the thicker side of the pen you will get better results and more ink. Ideally you'll want to do your work in the morning if possible. Sleeping seems to be the worst time for the ink bleeding and fading. i.e.. the longer you wait to sleep, the less issues you'll have. The ink can still fade at close to 12 hours after application if you aren't careful. After 24 hours it stays on really good. The difference in the Fine tip and Medium tip is minimal. I feel like you can get away with one or the other for most things and it really doesn't matter. If you're doing lots of tiny detail and don't want to drop $50 but still need some filling, you can get by with the just the fine tip. Having the medium tip for filling color is just a quality of life thing, but isn't always necessary.

Ink bleeds, tip not fine enough
I’m an artist and have a very steady hand. I’ve been using a micron 005 .2mm pen to try out some basic designs on my hands. I was hoping to find something as thin to see if I liked having them for a longer period of time. But even with applying very light, even pressure the lines aren’t as thin as I’d want. I would be ok with it if it weren’t for the fact that the ink bleeds. The photo shows how the design went on, and then, despite waiting for it to fully dry and putting a protective layer over it before going to sleep (hours after I had applied), I woke up with it looking like the second photo. Those streaks weren’t there at all before and the line developed thicker than I applied it. I also tried on my ankle, and the lines still bled during the development period as well. Very frustrating that I now have this stuck on me for 1-2 weeks. Trying everything to get it to fade.

Be careful to read & follow the instructions! It will transfer if you don’t cover it for the following 6h after painting. The colours are great! It lasts and it’s great!!!

Issue with the pens tips. Reached out to customer service and got ghosted - followed up 6 times, and nothing back. Really disappointing experience and the product cannot withstand normal use.
