Do not buy!!
The taste is horrible I mean it really makes you want to vomit my 3 year old tooth a sip and he threw up immediately after horrible product for the price of it I would assume it would taste better as an adult I wouldn’t even drink it it’s so nasty

it must be good flavors since my kids haven't complained about it! i would need to wait at least 6 months to tell about its absorbancy or the effect
