I’m not sure if every bottle comes from the actual company or what because this used to work great for me but the last couple bottles haven’t seemed like the same quality and really don’t help my body/gut at all. I used to recommend this brand a lot but with the inconsistencies in quality lately, I’m not very comfortable doing that anymore. I may need to look for another brand

I use these pro/pre biotics regularly and they Help with my bloating and keeping me regularly. If you take them at the same time everyday then that helps a lot but that’s the same for most vitamins.
