Works better than some other brands
This is the best gelatine I used. I tried different brands, but always had some issues; Knox never failed me. Just follow the steps on the box, and it will work as expected. My experience with any gelatine recipe is that I need to use an extra teaspoonful of gelatine to reach the desired outcome.
