Not silver cup brand
I have used silver cup brand chalk for many years. What I received does not appear to be brand name chalk. It usually comes in a small box from the factory. The chalk that arrived was simply in a plastic bag. The label on the individual chalk are NOT the silver cup label. With that said it performed fine. The chalk has a nice grit and can grip the cue ball with fairly aggressive English. It was a bit messy but not terrible.

I have purchased these chalks in both the round and square shapes. I stick to this brand because I know the colour of the chalk matches my red Simba table perfectly, so no skid marks are left on the table. My red pool table came with blue chalk, and left blue marks all over table. Found this brand on Amazon and never looked back.
