I recommend this to everyone as part of their sleep hygiene ritual. I’ve been using it for years and sleep like a baby.

Please allow me to start off by writing that Now Solutions is my favorite brand of essential oils! They have yet to let me down and are a wonderful value for real life use. Their company has strong ethics, no hidden shady past covered over by philanthropy and no strange pyramid scheme driving up the costs. Their oils are widely available with quality guaranteed and their standards match or exceed the brands you pay double and triple for. Please give them a try. Now about our use of essential oils and this blend... We use oils for general bathing, mineral salt blends, disinfectant cleaners for surfaces and floors, homemade body creams and sugar scrubs, laundry saop and softeners, perfume rollers and oil diffusers. Our traditional bed time blend has been lavender oil (Lavandula Angustifolia) and rosemary oil in the diffuser and on skin (from a roller ball with sunflower oil as carrier). It always helps me doze off and generally have pleasant dreams. However, when allergies are up in our area and nasal passages are dry and irritated, that blend can be too astringent and drying to use for very long in a diffuser. Even with a humidifier. So I wanted to try a sleep blend with other oils as an experiment. Ylang Ylang oil has long been used to promote relaxation so I am giving this a try but keep in mind it is strong and lingers. Not my all time favorite fragrance, but pleasant. While I do smell orange oil as the primary scent, as many reviews have mentioned, as I sit here and write this review, I also very distinctly smell the rich sandalwood and ylang ylang oils. The orange oil seems to bring them together in a pleasant manner whereas they are often primary fragrant notes on their own. Our bedroom smells like an expensive candle boutique and no candles are lit. I wouldn't pick this blend for sleep, but I do recommend it for relaxation and wind down time. This is my favorite oil blend for nighttime diffuser. The lavender, and orange makes the bedroom smell like Heaven!!! It’s great to diffuse it in babies or toddlers’s rooms. It does not irritate them. It actually relaxes them and makes his room smell so clean and healthy. I do not do plug-ins or candles and only do the oil diffusers with natural oils. I love this brand. I have numerous blends and scents from this company. I have used it for over 10 years. I recommend this to everybody.

I love essential oils but i'm also really picky with them haha . I've tried so many sleep blend oils over the years and this is my new favorite! It smells exactly like - sleepy time tea which i love !!

Item smells as it should, works as it should but only issue is it was partially opened when received. The liquid has drained out from the bottle leaving some of it missing. As seen in photos below.

I was not going to spend any money or time on any of these oils. But I was desperately searching for something to get my wife for Christmas. After 30 years of marriage and building a walkin closet to store all the failed gifts of past years, I had heard her talking on the phone with a friend about these oils. So I came to Amazon and stated searching. With the help of my wife's friend, she directed me to the Now Foods products. Both for costs and that they work. I have used this "Peaceful Sleep" blend ( I couldn't wait till Christmas, now I have to find something else to get her ) both in a diffuser and as a roll-on. It has been years for both of us since we have had a good night's sleep. We immediately had good results with our sleep. Last night is the first night I have had a solid 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep in 15 + years. I love the citrus odor from both the diffuser and the roll-on. I have bought another bottle right away, because I do not want to take a chance of running out. I am not much with words, but I simply love this product. I also tried the suggested blend for staying awake during the day-time, as even after a couple of weeks with the good sleep, I was still requiring my 4 PM nap. After about 3 days of using this as a roll-on, I would notice that it was 7 pm and I didn't take my nap. I highly recommend these oils from Now Foods.
